Missionary Email (Week #1)

Kamusta po kayo! this is my very first email and I dont even know where to start. this week has been so fun I actualy love it here so much. my district is so amazing and weve been getting to know eachother very well. I am extremely blessed because I can definately see how much the MTC would suck without alll of my new friends that Ive made. (I don't think that ive ever showered next to someone and had a full on conversation with them 2 days after meeting them)😂 no but seriously Ive already made some of the best friends that I will definately have for the rest of my life. this week has been full of learning and spiritual moments. Its actually insane how much closer I am to god just after a couple of days. I have learned so many new things espesially in tagalog. The language has been so fun and its honestly what keeps me sane here. I love learning new words and even though im nowhere near fluent, I feel like I have been learning alot. I already know how to pray in tagalog. I also know the whole missionary purpose which has been so fun to learn. Its been suuper challenging but overall its been an amazing experience. I dont think that I have ever laughed so hard in my entire life😂 A couple of people have messaged me already but please, please, please message me if you have time I love hearing from yall 😆🇵🇭🫶🏻

Hey guys happy 4th! hope you guys hada great time! 4th of July here was SO FUN!! we did absolutly nothing😆 I wish they celebrated the 4th here but unfortunately I am not in america haha so it was just a normal day. This week was pretty solid tho. the KIs went crazy and I almost hit my first triple double but only had 7 people show up to church. next week nalang.. This week we had zone con which was okay haha. Definitely missed the gang but its cool I got to say bye to a bunch of legends in this mission. Its crazy after these next 2 cycles my batch and the 2 batches ahead of me are pretty much running the mission..😅 good thing im finally figuring out missionary work. I honestly dont know what else happened this week but it was a great week. (Week #52) One year😱🥳🥰

Wow I dont even know how to start this email hahaha this might take me all day to write. 1 Year is crazy I have no clue where all the time went😅 Mixed emotions fr im going through it all right now. I am so so so grateful to be a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and its easily the best decision I have ever made. I have learned so much this year and I wanna share a little at the end of this email. This week was CRAZY. This email might break my record for longest email so please bear with me haha. First off, Transfers. I am staying in my same area for a 3rd cycle!! I love my area and the people here and my new comp seems cool!! He is another Filipino I love these Filipinos. On thursday the new missionaries got here in the mission and since I am close to the mission home me and my comp both got a trainee until today. And it was sooo fun. Malapit naaaa⏳️

Time is going so fast its crazy. Its been a while since I sent an email and I am so excited to give an update on the last couple of months. Life is still so amazing and im getting a little scared that I am going to have to come home in 4 months🥹 Also just realized I havent sent an email in a couple of cycles haha oops I have an american comp for the first time since my training and it has been SO MUCH FUN🤣 The work has been so fun and our area is doing so good as well. His names Elder Green and hes from maple mountain. We are batch out so its been a little hard to not talk about home and the amazing things were gonna do when we get home but we have been having fun🥳 Also copped a kalbo (Buzz) again🔥 I love being a missionary.
