Humbled

I have once again been humbled by this beautiful country. I guess last year I was too busy thinking about myself and my circumstances to realize how many people here are all by themselves for christmas. No family, no presents or even a celebration. For some people it was just another day. Merry christmas Everyone!🎄❤️ I hope you enjoyed christmas and really took for granted your time with family and the all the other amazing things that we are so blessed to have. This year christmas was amazing!! I told my family It was one of my favorites but I didnt wanna spoil the details. For once in my life Christmas was about others and not me. This christmas consisted of caroling, visiting people who have no family, and sharing about Jesus Christ. We made cookies and brought them to families that had no money or presents. We went caroling and instead of asking for money (like they do here) We gave them cookies!!🤗🍪 Im glad I was finally able to stop complaining and thinking so much of myself so I could give others a little bit of joy on christmas day. for anyone thats been to the Philippines, you know the real celebration is NEW YEARS!!🎉🥳 Super excited for new years should be good again this year! I have had an amazing last couple of weeks! The other week we had 12 friends come to church and the other Elders in my ward had 11 so a total of 23 friends in a pretty small ward. That felt so amazing😁 The chapel was completely full and there were people standing up in the back. The members were so happy and we were able to put most of them on date so please pray that I dont get booted🙏 sorry to everyone that has emailed me I havent responded to anyone and probably wont for the rest of my mission. But I read them I promise and they always make my day!!😁 anyways heres some pics I guess have a good day😉
