New Zone Leader Assignments

THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS Philippines San Pablo Mission 73 National Highway, San Juan Alaminos, Laguna, 4001 07 Jan 2026 Dear Family of Elder Ducker, We are pleased to inform you that your missionary, Elder James Ducker, has been assigned to serve as a Zone Leader in the Philippines San Pablo Mission! Elder Ducker has shown himself to be a humble, dedicated, hardworking and obedient missionary who has been faithful and diligent. He is qualified for this important mission assignment. Sister Scholl and I feel so blessed to now have the opportunity of serving even more closely with him as he fulfills the responsibilities that will come to him in this new role. His responsibilities as a Zone Leader will include a stewardship for the wellbeing and training of all of the missionaries in his zone. This will include going on exchanges with the Elders helping them learn by example and teaching them important proselyting skills, demonstrating love for God, love for each other and love for the people that they teach. He will train them in all aspects of missionary life including how to organize and plan, how to hold study sessions and how to carry out companionship inventory to name a few. His influence for the fellow missionaries in his zone will be powerful. Most of the time as a Zone Leader, his companion will also be a Zone Leader. We have confidence in Elder Ducker and know that he will be successful in this assignment. The Lord trusts him and so do we. We believe that he will carry out this assignment with the same dedication and commitment that he has already demonstrated thus far as a missionary. He is a real tribute to you!
